Global Supermarket Giant

Our brief was to help our client facilitate change beyond simple step change, packaging innovations in the soup category and to create ground-breaking product propositions to take forward to the board. The Xpert Innovation Team ran a 2 day workshop drilling down beyond mere NPD into lifestyle choices and modern ways of living that impact upon diet, mealtimes and snacking across all demographics to create new customers and new meals occasions for soup.

  • Output resulted in 25 new propositions and 14 NPD ideas
  • This supermarket giant has to date taken three of these ideas to market (one product, two packaging) with a further 3 in development or production

International Retail Giant

Our brief was to help our client refine and develop previous innovations in the prepped vegetable category and to create product propositions to take forward to the board. The Xpert Innovation Team ran a 2 day workshop drilling down beyond mere NPD into lifestyle choices and modern ways of living that impact on diet and so creating a whole new way of thinking about fresh food.

Creating an annual innovation programme for a leading food company

Our brief was to take a non-consumer facing brand of some 30 years and create a new annual innovation programme to develop new and exciting Big Business Ideas. Now in its second year the team to date have developed over a 100 ideas and several are now in development.

Global telecoms company and world renowned character icon mobile game

Our brief was to create four specific digital gaming applications for a much loved licensed character icon. The Xpert Innovation & Creation Teams in tandem ran a series of insight days and focus groups with mums and 12-16 year olds to discover what was “in for them”. Xpert then built concepts for 4 gaming platforms to be launched via Apps and a dedicated online site, while the Xpert Activation team devised a supporting social media and digital marketing campaign that would engage their 11 million facebook fans.

High-end Concept Hotel - Ibiza

The We Are Xpert Ibiza office recently devised a series of bespoke innovation and ideation workshops for a well-known high-end concept hotel which has music at its core. Via these workshops we devised new bedroom, dining, experience and merchandising opportunities for the brand.

Luxurious Bespoke Hotel and Spa - Ibiza

One of the biggest brands on the White Island recently approached We Are Xpert to innovate their already well established brand and offer in Ibiza. Via in-depth consumer research, insight gathering and concept testing several new areas of business were identified. The WAX team will remain on hand as these concepts are rolled out during 2017.

Executive Travel Experience - Ibiza and USA

A new-comer to Ibiza this executive travel brand - who will be opening its Ibiza operation in early 2017 - retained the services of We Are Xpert to gather consumer insights on the ground, then utilising the innovation team, to turn those insights into a high-end bespoke travel experience aimed at high net worth individuals. The WAX tech team in our innovation lab in Belgrade will be developing an `experience and booking app' for the exclusive use of their executive travellers.
